Registration and Eligibility
- Brokers must register and identify clients with Jobomax prior to any introduction or engagement.
- Referral fees apply only to clients not already in contact with Jobomax.
- If Jobomax is already communicating with, marketing to, or engaged with a client, no referral fee will be honored, regardless of prior broker relationship.
Approval
- Brokers must be identified and approved by Jobomax in advance to be eligible for compensation.
- Jobomax reserves sole discretion to approve or decline broker registrations.
Payment Conditions
- Referral fees are payable only on successfully closed transactions.
- No fees are owed for canceled, unclosed, or defaulted transactions.
- Fees are paid after Jobomax has received buyer funds, as applicable.
General Conditions
- This policy applies to Jobomax residential home sales only.
- Jobomax may update or modify this policy at any time.
- Participation in the broker program constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- To be eligible for a referral fee, brokers must register and submit client details in advance via Jobomax’s Broker Portal.
