Why Work With JOBOMAX? Because You Care About:
Corporate Social Responsibility
JOBOMAX is committed to providing fair business terms to all its partners and to helping develop the economic infrastructure of some of the poorest countries in West Africa. Our partners all have extensive experience in the region and are committed to simple principles as outlined in our mission statement. In particular, we will never give or accept bribes of any type, we will always attempt to reduce the number of intermediaries in any transaction that will reduce the income of our field suppliers and we will sponsor activities in the communities that we work in that will improve the health, education and welfare of those communities. Finally, we believe that pushing as many activities of the value chain to the countries that provide our raw material makes both good business sense and will foster growth and development in those countries.
Quality Natural Products
We are able to supply an all natural conventional product (never hydrogenated or bleached) with stability and aroma qualities as good or better than those produced through chemical process.
Certified Organic and Certified Fair Trade Ingredients
We work directly with networks of producers across West Africa who have already been certified for NOS organic standards or certified as fair trade cooperatives, and many others who are matriculating through the certification process. Our unrivaled access to broad producer networks gives us access to the greatest possible variety of organic and fair-trade certified shea butter and other natural ingredients.
Our customers value our direct links with producers and our knowledge of the production area. We make it easy for manufacturers wishing to use an all natural product to receive consistent quality, timely delivery and rapid response to any questions that may arise. Our unrivaled network of producers, financial institutions and transportation specialists across the region allows us to offer a unique end-to-end solution to customers who want the best West Africa has to offer, without the complications, risk and detailed negotiations that are inherent in a multilayered supply chain.
